Flash Tip: Program Tools: Arrange Commands

The Arrange Commands let you control how items on a single Flash layer stack on top of each other. You can shift items by sending them behind a single item, or behind all items--or by bringing them forward. There are also commands to lock and unlock individual items for editing.
