Creating a "Film Framing" Effect in Flash

A neat effect that you may have seen in other Flash animations is the effect of black "framing" to mimic widescreen film formats viewed on a standard 4:3 ratio screen.  While it reduces your viewing area somewhat, it's still a cool effect to try out for that real movie feel--and it's quite easy to achieve.
