ActionScripting Basics: Check Syntax

The Check Syntax tool in the Actions pane is a great little code-checker that will run your ActionScripts line-by-line and then return a detailed error report via the Output Window. It's good way to find problems before even running your movie, or to pinpoint code that may be causing observed issues.
