Flash “Coloring Book” with setRGB

Have you ever wanted to make your own version of the coloring-book applications that you've seen on many websites? These fun, simple little time-idlers are just clean line art that allow the end-user to "color" them as they see fit by selecting shades from a preset palette and then filling in the predefined separate areas of the artwork with the shades of their choice. We're going to look at how this is done, using a function that we've yet to explore: setRGB.
