Five Basic ActionScripting Mistakes and How to Fix Them

How many times have you been stymied by syntax errors or ActionScripts that just don't work - only to find out, after hours of troubleshooting, that your problem was a simple typo or missing punctuation? It's normal to make mistakes - especially when typing at rapid speed in Expert Mode. When you're troubleshooting, however, it helps to keep these five basic errors in mind as the first place to look for a problem...rather than the last.
