Password-Protecting an SWF

photo by forwardcom on sxc.huWith all this past week's talk of copyright protection - what protections your original media are entitled to, the poll on whether you use copyrighted materials, and free (as in beer) resources for animators, it seems like a good time to spotlight one way you can protect your animations in Flash. You can password-lock your SWFs to prevent anyone from importing them into an SWF decompiler and rendering them down to the original FLA, with just a few quick clicks.
