Prank Your Friends: The Flash Screaming Maze

Sunday May 25, 2008
The "screaming maze" trick is an oldie-but-goodie: a prank disguised as a Flash game to test your mouse control skills / hand-eye coordination. For people who keep the volume on their computers set rather high (translate: me), it's a heart attack waiting to happen when, after numerous attempts to navigate the ever-narrowing maze and after finally approaching success, my computer suddenly erupts into gut-churning screams while my "game" flashes horrific faces at me.

...

Yeah, I didn't think it was too funny at the time, either. For the first five seconds, anyway. After that I laughed - and immediately sent the link to my Mom. (She still hasn't forgiven me for that one.) Want to know how to make your own screaming maze with your own design, audio, and images? Try out the lesson and see.
