Uninstalling Flash is pretty easy, regardless of which OS you're using. By default, one of the quickest ways to do it is to navigate to the Flash folder and click the Uninstall program (most of the time, uninstall.exe).

To do it through your OS utilities, either:

For Windows, open your Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and select Flash from the list before clicking Remove. The wizard will walk you through the steps of uninstalling.

For Mac OS X (and previous versions), just click the program and drag it to your trash can to uninstall.
