Poll: Is Flash CS4 an improvement or not?

Flash CS4 has been out long enough now that opinions are rolling in across the board about this "upgrade" to the popular animation and development software package - some positive, some negative, some mixed, some biased, some balanced. Have you had a chance to try it out, and if so, what do you think? Was CS4 a necessary upgrade to CS3, or just overkill?

• CS4 is definitely an improvement on CS3, with necessary new features.
• CS4 offers some new features, but they could have waited.
• I have mixed feelings.
• I've never tried CS4, and can't comment.
