To reverse frame order, select all of the frames on the timeline that you want to invert, from the first to the last. Then, on the main menu, click Modify->Timeline->Reverse Frames. This will switch the frame order so your animation plays in reverse.

It's possible to switch the order of timeline frames without manually moving them, making your first frame your last and your last frame your first (or fifth, seventeenth, whatever, the point is to reverse the order of your animation).
