Dynamic Animation in Flash: Controlling the Drawing API with Equations

This is going to be a very simple lesson that covers somewhat complex concepts and uses them to do something very silly that, when applied in a more functional way, can still be quite useful. For the sake of demonstrating how the Flash drawing API can create dynamic animations, we’re basically going to make a random virtual silly string generator.

Of course, for that we’ll need a new document to start with. Note the dimensions in mine – they factor into my ActionScripts later.
