Flash Frame-By-Frame Animation: Detailed Animation Part III
From Adrien-Luc Sanders, former About.com Guide
With the last lesson we got the hardest part of our animation out of the way: sketching in the base details on top of the rough shapes that we’d used just to define the motion that we wanted to animate. Now, however, we need to smooth out those sketches, leading us into a part of the lessons that is quite easy, but also quite time-consuming. It took me two weeks just to find the time to do the nine drawings for this lesson; for something more complicated, unless you have nothing to do with each day than work on animations, you may find yourself taking weeks just to complete a single second of animation.
