Positioning the Eyes

Back on your main stage, go to the frame where your character is completely facing the viewer (if your animation is mimicking mine) and drag and drop the two eyes onto the stage on their own layer. This way you don’t have to worry about sizing them for perspective; you can scale them to the same size (either use the Transform Panel to adjust the percentage to match exactly, or else scale one with the Free Transform Tool and then use the Align Panel to match the size of the other to the first). Rotate them so that they’re positioned accordingly.
