Creating the Basis for Cycling Motion

Between the starting point and the midpoint keys, sketch an in-between frame to cover the space in-between. If you want to save time, you can then take that in-between and paste it between the midpoint key and the ending key—or, if you want a little variety, you can sketch in a new one for a subtle difference as it flows in and then flows out again.
