The most useful thing to be found on the Answers panel is the Update button. By clicking on this, if your computer has internet access enabled and your firewall doesn't block software from outbound access to the internet, you can download the latest updates and new content for Macromedia Flash MX.
The other links--What's New, Readme, and Tutorials--are also on the Help menu. These give you access to a feature rundown of what's new in Flash MX, crucial information for using the software, and a vast (but at times confusing and difficult to navigate, in my opinion) library of built-in tutorials.
