Flash Tip: Program Tools: Arrange Commands

If you're working with multiple objects on a single layer, they may overlap in ways that you don't want, depending on the order in which you placed them on the screen. If you want to change the order of those objects, you can use the Arrange commands.

Note: This only works with symbols or other grouped objects. If you draw ordinary fills or lines on top of each other on the same layer, the new lines/fills will completely replace the old ones.
