Adding Animation to a Flash Popup ToolTip

Click on any of the frames between the first and the last, then go down to your Properties bar and select Shape Tween to animate the tooltip container expanding. (This is assuming that you’ve used plain shapes and fills, and haven’t converted the backdrop into a symbol or imported a bitmap.)
