Adding Animation to a Flash Popup ToolTip

On the last frame of the movie clip’s timeline, right-click and open the Actions panel to insert a stop on that frame. If you don’t, then once the animation has played completely it will cycle back to the very first frame, with the tooltip absent. The stop holds it in place until the mouse rolls out.
