Flash Tip: Enabling Simple Frame Actions

In order to work in your timeline accurately, sometimes you need to see how your assigned actionscripts will function and affect the rest of your movie while you're working, rather than only during a preview. The Enable Simple Frame Actions option makes tweaking your actionscripting more convenient by causing most basic frame actions to work on your timeline.

To turn this option on or off, simply go to Control->Enable Simple Frame Actions.
