With that done, make your scroll arrows. You can make plain triangles without a bounding box (I tend to think it looks a bit stylish that way), though I just mimicked classic browser arrows in different colors. You should make these symbols (F8) and make those symbols into Buttons. To save yourself a little time, you can make one symbol and then duplicate it and invert it.
