Creating an "Over" Button State

To create my "Over" state, I copied and pasted my keyframe from my "Up" state into the "Over" frame. (Actually, I copied and pasted it in every frame, for the moment.) Then I just edited the fills to suit my tastes to make it look "highlighted", by brightening the gradient fill on the little circular bullet point and by changing the background fill to a bright blue while the border and text are a darker blue. This way it will look like my button highlights any time that I mouse over it.
