Flash Tip: Rulers

The Rulers display in pixel counts, starting at 0 at the upper left edge of the visible area of your Flash movie and moving in increments to the lower right edge. Anything before the upper left edge will actually count backwards from 0 in negative increments, while anything beyond the lower right edge will continue past the movie’s measurements to the end of the working area.
