Transform Panel Options

The first set of fields controls the scale of the selected object; you can enter new percent values to scale it up or down by that amount. If the Constrain box is checked, then any value entered into one field (width or height) will automatically be applied to the other field, so that everything scales proportionally. Without constraints on, you can size your width and height separately.

You can control the rotation by entering a degree value down to a tenth of a decimal point; entering a positive value will rotate clockwise, while entering a negative value will rotate counter-clockwise.

To skew your objects horizontally or vertically, enter a degree value in either of the fields (horizontal on the left, vertical on the right). In the horizontal skew field, positive values skew to the left, negative to the right. In the vertical skew field, positive values skew up, while negative values skew down.

The two buttons in the lower right hand button let you copy the transformations that you just made to another shape (left button) or reset the shape you're currently working on to its original state (right button).
