Now return to the frame that has your first question, click on your first answer, and convert it to a Button type symbol (F8). Customize your over, down, and hit states however you choose, but don’t forget to use a solid fill on the entire clickable area in the hit state. Otherwise the user will have to maneuver the mouse to click precisely on the text and nowhere else, and that can be intensely frustrating.

Do the same to all of your options on every frame.
