Combining Flash Falling Snow with wMode for a Wintery Website

We’ve made snow fall in Flash, but it’s also possible to use wMode transparency to layer the snow animation over content in a standard HTML web page.

Start off by completing the main snow lesson, but don’t create an environment or include anything other than the snow; you can leave your background color as it is, as that’s going to become transparent, but adjust the size of the movie to either match the content area that you plan to cover on your web page, or to the minimum commonly used resolution (800x600) if you intend to cover the entire screen.
