Now, on a new layer, you can build a single cloud very simply: just use the Oval Tool, and draw multiple overlapping ovals in various regular and irregular sizes (making sure that the gradient that you created is selected for your Fill, and that there is no stroke unless you want an outline for your cloud).

By default it's going to look a little odd--the ovals will fill in with their own individual gradient, and the opacity fade will be pointing in the wrong direction. Let's fix that next.
