Click on the Brush Tool, and use the Color Picker to select the same orange color that you used on the pumpkin’s outline. Pick a brush shape and size, and then use your mouse to paint details on the pumpkin. If you want, you can make another layer, and use the Brush Tool and a green shade to paint a stem onto the pumpkin.
