So You Want to Be an Animator

Wondering if you’ve got what it takes to pursue a career in animation?

Weren’t we all, at one point or another. But it’s confusing to try to figure out where to start, or what exactly we want to do. You can’t just walk into an animation studio and say “I want to learn, hire me”; that may have worked maybe....thirty or forty years ago (not likely), but in today’s day and age you’d probably be escorted out by security. At best you’d get a shake of the head and be told “come back when you’ve got credentials, kid”.

What kind of credentials? Not the kind that you might think.
