New Animation Showcase Submission: "Blink Kitty Love"

I wasn't sure what I was expecting when I opened submissions for the Animation Showcase - but what I'm getting is a surprising number of novices who aren't afraid to show off their first efforts. Such is the case with "Blink Kitty Love" (I have no idea what that means) by Michelle D. Norton, which shows that you don't need an expensive animation program to try to get your story across. She created this in Flip Boom, which has a very limited toolset and color palette - and with that in mind, she didn't do half bad...though I would advise muting the audio.

(1) Michelle Denise Norton :

Thanks for the comments about Blink Kitty Love — it’s the name of the band the four characters are in; I had it floating around for a manga style project and suddenly, it was a band. Finally, a vote on music or no; I’ve been trying to get some feedback. The latest episode, Costume Craving, ended up with no soundtrack and got a very good response so I’m thinking about switching to a sound effects based track.

Thanks for taking the time to watch. I think the primitive style suits and FlipBoom is wonderful for ease of animation. I did work out a few kinks on an earlier series of Hat Hair animations, but I like the possibilities of character humor with the four bandmates.

Thanks again for the feedback.
