Adding Animation to a Flash Popup ToolTip

Adding animation to your popup tool tips is easy; you can add extra frames to your movie clip from this lesson so that your tooltips zip onto stage from the side, drop in from the top, grow to full size, fade into view, or any other animation that you’d like.
