Flash Tip: Fit to Window

A quick way to zoom out your working area so that you can see everything on your Flash stage is to use Fit to Window. You can find the command under the View options, but it's more easily accessed by the zoom dropdown window to the upper right corner of the stage, below the timeline. Clicking Fit to Window will zoom your stage so that the entire area that would be visible in the published movie is shown, stretched (or shrunk) to fit the working area.
